London is the city we have visited the most outside of Germany. We went there in spring, in summer and also at Christmas. And it was the last trip before the Corona Lockdown in March 2020. But crazy: There ist no post about our all time favorite destination. That has to be changed!
Originally Rotterdam was only a destination for me and my friend to visit the North Sea Jazz Festival with John Legend and other great musicians.

Usually we do not visit North Germany in spring but this year it was a good choice for a safe and easy trip. The weather was typical April (also in May 🙊). It was lovely to see some favorite spots like Flensburg, Bremen and the North and the Baltic Sea.

Last Christmas we travelled to Miami and took two trips to the Keys. We loved the relaxed atmosphere, the tourquoise water and the beautiful views over the sea. So we decided to come back for a longer vacation on the Keys in December 2019.

One month after our trip to north sicily we went to Tuscany in April. That’s a really lovely region of Italy: a picturesque landscape with gentle hills, vineyards and old towns and cities like Firence, Pisa, Lucca. There is so much to see and visit. We have to come back soon!
