After our last trip to London together in November 2019 my best friend and I decided to come back again. It took us three years because of the pandemic. But in December 2022 we did it.
It is our favorite destination for a big girls weekend. We love afternoon tea at St James, drinks at the pub, the sights and the shopping opportunities.
This time we stayed in Westminster so we reached everything we wanted to visit in a short time. It was a great long weekend. Only the flight back was quite an adventure. A night at Heathrow is an interesting and a little bit scary experience we will never forget. But now we can laugh about it.
