Isn’t it crazy: In my youth I found the North Sea quite boring and the tide annoying because I couldn’t go swimming spontaneously. So my favorite destination for a sea trip was the Baltic Sea.
Now it’s different. Last year we went for the first time for a vacation to Föhr. And it was so relaxing and beautiful, especially in winter, that we decided to come back. This year we had a lovely cottage at the Kliff near Nieblum. That was a great location because we could see the North Sea through the window and it took us only three minutes to the sandy beach with lots of shells and mussels.
